Meteorological Department in Moscow said that during the past 24 hours fell on the Russian capital, one-third of the quantities of snow that normally falls during the entire month of November.and It is expected that falls on the city heavy snow about 55 centimeters.Deputy Mayor Pyotr Biryukov, according to the Interfax news agency said, "This is something not seen in Moscow 50 years ago."
