RECIPE 
 ANCHORAGE BAKED SALMON
Instructions:
Anchorage Baked Salmon
2 large onions
2 cups water
2 cups tomato juice
1 tablespoon catsup
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 bay leaves
4 whole cloves
4 (8 ounce) salmon steaks
Cut onions into 1/2-inch slices, and separate into rings. Combine onion rings and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Add tomato juice and next 8 ingredients, stirring well; simmer 1 hour. Remove and discard bay leaves and cloves. Set sauce aside.
Brown salmon steaks on both sides in a large nonstick skillet. Place salmon in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over salmon, and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Yields 4 servings.

RECIPE
  PASTA RAGS AND SALMON
Instructions:Pasta Rags and Salmon
6 quarts water
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon salt
1 pound fresh pasta sheets or 1 pound dry lasagna noodles
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
8 ounces fresh salmon fillet, skin and bones
    removed, fish cut into paper-thin slices
1 cup diced, seeded ripe tomato
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Bring water and the 2 tablespoons salt to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta; cook 4 to 6 minutes until al dente (if using dry pasta, follow package directions). Drain, reserving 1 cup cooking water. Do not rinse pasta.
Put pasta in a bowl; add olive oil and toss to coat. Add the 1 teaspoon salt and remaining ingredients; toss again, adding some of the reserved water if you prefer a more liquid sauce. Serve immediately.
RECIPE 
 PASTA WITH SMOKED SALMON
Instructions:
Pasta with Smoked Salmon
Yield: 2 servings
4 ounces fettuccini
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (5 1/2 ounce) can smoked salmon
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons grated Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta in a generous amount of boiling water, drain and rinse in cool water.

Instructions:
Red Lobster Amarillo Salmon
4 (8 ounce) salmon fillets or steaks
1/2 cup thick and spicy barbecue sauce
1/4 cup horseradish sauce
Mix barbecue and horseradish sauce together.
Grill one side of the salmon on a well-oiled grill. After turning over, baste cooked side with sauce mixture. Before taking off the grill flip again and baste the other side of the fish. Yields 2 servings
RECIPE : SALMON AND CHEESE CASSEROLE
Instructions:Salmon and Cheese Casserole
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup hot medium white sauce
1 1/2 cups American or Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Dash of pepper
2 cups canned salmon, flaked
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Place potatoes in buttered casserole. Combine white sauce, cheese and seasonings, stir until cheese is melted. Pour half of sauce over potatoes. Add salmon to remaining sauce, pour over contents of casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F) 20 minutes.
(For buttered bread crumbs, melt 1-2 tablespoons butter and mix in 1 cup dried bread crumbs.)
